There is no account to delete

Knotcraft has no account system. You cannot create an account, you are never asked for an email address or a password, and Nikah AI Ltd operates no server that stores anything about you.

There is therefore no account for us to delete and no server-side record for you to request the erasure of. That is a design decision rather than an omission: the app is fully offline apart from the Apple or Google purchase transaction.

What data exists, and where it lives

Everything Knotcraft keeps is in the app's own private storage on your device, where other apps cannot read it:

which knots you have marked as favourites
your practice attempts and self-checks
your display preferences
an on-device entitlement flag if you have bought Lifetime Pro

How to delete it — inside the app

Open Settings in Knotcraft and use the reset control. It clears the app's stored settings and records on the device straight away.

How to delete it — completely

Delete Knotcraft from your device.

iOS: touch and hold the app icon, then choose Delete App.
Android: touch and hold the icon and choose Uninstall, or go to Settings → Apps → Knotcraft → Uninstall.

Uninstalling removes the app's private storage, which is every item listed above. Nothing survives on our side, because nothing was ever sent to us.

How long deletion takes

Immediate. Both routes take effect the moment they finish, because the deletion happens on your device rather than being queued to a server.

What is retained, and by whom

By Nikah AI Ltd: nothing. We hold no personal data about you at all.

By Apple or Google: your record of purchase. If you bought Pro or a subscription, the store keeps that transaction under its own retention policy, so that Restore purchases can work and so the store can meet its own tax and accounting duties. Nikah AI Ltd cannot delete a store purchase record and neither can you — that is between you and Apple or Google. It is also the reason a purchase you already made can be restored after you reinstall.

In your own device backup: if you have iCloud or Google backup switched on, a copy of the app's data may sit in your own backup. That backup is yours, it is between you and Apple or Google, and we have no access to it. Manage or delete it in your device's backup settings.

Subscriptions

Deleting the app does not cancel an auto-renewable subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — see the purchase and subscription terms.
