Email support@legalnikahai.com. That mailbox is the support route for Hitchwise and it is monitored by Nikah AI Ltd. Please include:

which app you are using (Hitchwise) and its version, shown at the bottom of Settings
your device and operating-system version
what you expected to happen, and what happened instead

There is no account to look up, so please describe the problem rather than quoting a user id — we do not have one for you.

What we can help with

how a feature works, and what it deliberately does not do
a purchase that did not unlock, or Restore purchases not finding a purchase
a bug, a wrong number, or a screen that does not fit your device
a data-protection question about Hitchwise

What we cannot help with

We cannot refund an App Store purchase: Apple processes it and decides every refund. We can refund a Google Play purchase: email us with the order number from your Google Play receipt (it starts GPA.). You can also ask Google directly — see the purchase and subscription terms.

We cannot recover data from a device. Hitchwise keeps everything on your device and has no operator server, so there is no backup on our side to restore from.

The limits of the product itself

This is a practice simulator, not a driving instructor. It does not license, certify or qualify you to tow — there is no towing test or endorsement this app can grant. The physics model assumes no tyre slip and a level surface. It does not model weight transfer, wind or a loaded trailer's handling. Practise in a real empty car park before you tow.
